We believe the exhibit itself should also have a feeling of temporality and impermanence. It should seem as if it will only be in existence for an hour or a day. For this reason, we have chosen to use iPods for the display with an amplified speaker system attached to a lightweight, portable stand with a sand bag draped over its base for stability. This will also make assembly and disassembly quick and simple for handlers.

There will be 16 iPods that will begin playing simultaneously.
